1. About these terms
These terms form the agreement between you and Ronayel for use of the Ronayel platform, including event pages, invitations, RSVP collection, guest check-in and media sharing.
By creating an account or using a published event page you accept these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account, including by collaborators you invite.
You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country of residence to hold a host account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Ronayel to:
- publish unlawful, deceptive, hateful or infringing content
- send unsolicited bulk messages to people who have not given you their details
- attempt to access other accounts, events or guest data
- probe, scan or overload the platform or its infrastructure
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you publish, including text, images and guest information. You grant Ronayel the licence needed to host, process and display it in order to run your event.
You confirm you have the right to upload guest details and images, and that you will handle them lawfully.
5. Payment and cancellation
Ronayel is priced per booking. You pay once for each event, based on the applicable booking requirements, before it is published. There is no monthly subscription, no recurring payment and no automatic monthly renewal, so there is nothing to cancel.
Event limits, including guest count and media retention, are described on the pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.
6. Availability and support
We work to keep Ronayel available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced on the system status page.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ronayel is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in the app.
